Question: How strict is the deadline for signing up to a PEPPOL access point provider and is there a grace period?

If you don't meet the deadline you will be non-compliant. You won't be able to positively declare in the Self-Declaration and you will have a status of red. The results of the Self-Declaration will be shared with the NHS demonstrator sites
