Supplier to ProClass Mapping

Description

We will map your regularly used suppliers to ProClass. The classifications can then be embedded in your finance system and used to determine procurement routes, improve spend analysis and enable more effective transparency reporting.

Benefits

• Provides a basic supplier classification service where there is a one-to-one relationship.NB please note that this approach is not recommended where suppliers cover multiple ProClass categories (e.g. Capita, Serco, Amey etc.).

Indicative Costs

District / Borough Councils – from £500 plus VAT – subject to a maximum of 1,500 suppliers.

Upper Tier Councils – from £1,500 plus VAT – subject to a maximum of 5,000 suppliers.

Frequency

One-off. Annual update / maintenance option available.

Procedures should be revised to ensure that new suppliers are classified at the time of entry.
