Coding International Ltd (CIL) were originally the NSV Centre, a central department of the NHS, providing National Supply Vocabulary (NSV) codes - now known as Track-IT Master Data - and Common Procurement Vocabulary codes (CPV) to the NHS, National & Local Government. They were privatised in October 2000 and are the only company managing the NSV System (Track-IT Master Data) and ProClass.
